Digitising is the process of converting your artwork into data containing commands that tell an embroidery machine when and where to sew; which stitch type, and what colour is loaded into the machines operating system.

At Sunshine Monograms we can digitise any printed or digital image and embroider it on your chosen garments. Your artwork must be clear to produce good results. Digitising is required before any design can be embroidered and is a one of fee. Price depends on the number of stitches and quantity of garments. Each design will be kept on file by Sunshine Monograms and will be reused for further work in the future.

Sunshine Monograms also offers a large library of embroidery fonts to choose from. These fonts can be embroidered in various sizes and colours with no digitising costs. If we need to digitise the font, a small one off fee applies.

All orders will be supplied ASAP with a pick up and delivery service provided.

To embroider your logo, it first needs to be digitised. The basic rule for artwork is the better quality of the artwork, the better the finished result. Business cards can be scanned but if you have your logo in a file format (PDF, BMP or JPG) it will give us a sharper image to digitise. Remember to receive great embroidery you need to supply clear artwork! Please specify an approximate size.

Price depends on the number of items to be embroidered and the final stitch count of the design. So for exact pricing please contact us by e-mail and send your logo and we will give you a quote.
Sending your artwork and the quantity of garments required is the best way to acquire an exact pricing.

Once we have digitised the design, we will run a sample for your approval. This can be sent via e-mail or can be approved in person at our showroom before we proceed to embroider on your garments.
